My name is Hannah, I believe I can help you

I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Transformation Coach. I am passionate about mental and physical health and how exercise and good nutrition can quite literally change your life.
I enjoy seeing my clients transform. I enjoy watching them grow, smile, gain confidence, strength and courage. Here is the thing, confidence is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
What I think you really need, is someone who believes in you. I believe in YOU. I think soon, you will believe in yourself too.
Change is hard. It can be painful, but NOTHING is as painful as being stuck somewhere you don’t belong.

I started having 1 to 1 PT sessions with a food plan made to tailor my journey.  From day one Hannah changed my outlook on everything.  Training was no longer a chore and eating healthy was no longer boring.  

I am now in my third year with Hannah and have never felt better. I LOVE my PT sessions, enjoy running and can make healthy meals without thinking I’m on a diet!

I now train the same amount of times per week but with a tailored training plan for the gym, one PT session per week and a tailored food plan to follow.
