I am now in my third year with Hannah and have never felt better. I LOVE my PT sessions, enjoy running and can make healthy meals without thinking I’m on a diet!

I had been a regular gym goer for many years enjoying lots of cardio classes, believing that this would counter a diet full of cakes and chocolate. After finding the weight gradually creeping on, I contacted Hannah who immediately understood the results I was looking for.
I now train the same amount of times per week but with a tailored training plan for the gym, one PT session per week and a tailored food plan to follow.
